Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all tours and activities booked with Arabian Desert Tour ("Arabian Adventure Tour", "we", "us"). By submitting a booking request through our website, phone or WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.

1. Bookings

• A booking request can be made through the booking form on our website, by phone or via WhatsApp.
• Your booking is confirmed once our team contacts you to confirm the date, tour and pickup details.
• Please provide an accurate WhatsApp number and pickup location so we can coordinate your tour.
• Group bookings are welcome — mention the number of guests when booking.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are per person in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise on the tour page.
• No advance payment is required. Payment is collected on the day of the tour, in cash or by card.
• Optional add-ons (for example quad bike or dune buggy rides) are charged separately as listed on each tour page.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
• If a tour has been prepaid and is cancelled within the allowed time, the amount is refunded in full.
• Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled by us due to weather or safety conditions; in that case you may choose a new date or a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Pickup & Drop-off

• Most tours include pickup and drop-off from hotels or residences in Dubai; check the individual tour page for details.
• Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. If you are not reachable at the pickup point, our team will contact you on the number provided.

5. Health & Safety

• Dune bashing and adventure activities are not recommended for pregnant guests, very young children, or guests with heart or back conditions.
• Child seats are available on request.
• Please follow the instructions of your guide and driver at all times. Safety equipment is provided for quad bike and dune buggy activities.

6. Liability

• Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk. Our vehicles are regularly maintained and our guides are trained in first aid and desert safety protocols.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
